Quick Breakfast-Avocado and Egg Toast


Avocado Egg Toast is a popular and delicious breakfast or brunch option. Here’s a simple and tasty recipe to make it:

1 ripe avocado
2 large eggs
2 slices of your favorite bread (Prefer whole grain or whole wheat )
Salt, pepper and lemon


Prepare the Avocado Spread

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.

Scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Mash the avocado with a masher until smooth.

Add some chopped onions and cilantro.

Season the mashed avocado with salt, pepper and lemon to taste.

Toast the Bread:
