This is a pretty harmless method, which means that you can repeat the procedures several times within a day. Rinse your mouth after every meal. Start your day in the morning with this method and also end your day before going to bed with this routine.
Thanks to the natural anti-inflammatory trait, this mix can neutralize the pH level within your mouth. Although the effect is temporary, it is effective enough to alleviate the discomfort and pain.
Doing a cold and warm compress in turn can soothe your condition. They work best to reduce the swelling as well as the pain.
